BingoJILI Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or registering on BingoJILI, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy — which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply every time you log in to your BingoJILI account, make a deposit, place a bet, claim a bonus, or interact with any part of the platform. Continued use of BingoJILI after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use BingoJILI, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

BingoJILI may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information to circumvent age or eligibility requirements is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) BingoJILI account only. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If BingoJILI identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and any associated balances or bonus funds forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information required by the registration form. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Notify BingoJILI immediately if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BingoJILI login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with anyone. BingoJILI will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally report a security breach to us.

All financial transactions on BingoJILI are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your BingoJILI wallet are credited immediately for most methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. BingoJILI does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may have their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. BingoJILI reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit on the same account, where technically feasible.
• Funds may not be transferred between BingoJILI player accounts.
• BingoJILI reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering verification procedures to any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.

BingoJILI offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms of that specific offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus rules apply across all BingoJILI promotions:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 20x) before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, sports bets, and other categories may have different contribution percentages. This is specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion. Once expired, they cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Generally, only one bonus may be active per player account at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• BingoJILI reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, including if abuse or exploitation of the promotion is detected.

All games and betting markets available on BingoJILI are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting section. These Terms sit above individual game rules — where any conflict exists, these Terms take precedence.

Bet settlement: All bets placed on BingoJILI are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant event or game outcome. For sports bets, results are determined using official league or competition sources. BingoJILI reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

Live betting: Bets placed during in-play markets are accepted at the current stated odds at the time of submission. Network delays can occur — if a bet is submitted during a connection interruption, it may not be accepted at the original odds. BingoJILI is not liable for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Fairness: All games available on BingoJILI use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or operate through licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by BingoJILI's operational interests, and the platform has no mechanism to manipulate results in any game category.

BingoJILI maintains a safe, fair, and legal gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Tongits and Live Casino tables.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through techniques such as opening multiple accounts, using bots, or making coordinated low-risk bets to harvest bonus value without genuine play.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using BingoJILI for any form of financial crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity, or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Automated betting: Using any bot, script, AI-assisted tool, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not available to regular players.
• Underage access: Attempting to access BingoJILI while under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, uploading fraudulent identity documents, or impersonating another person.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue through BingoJILI's support. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

BingoJILI collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

Your personal data is used to: verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, detect fraud, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the platform. BingoJILI does not sell personal data to third parties and does not share it beyond what is required for platform operation and regulatory compliance.

All content on the BingoJILI platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the property of BingoJILI or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BingoJILI platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any BingoJILI content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of BingoJILI's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BingoJILI shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, network outages, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Any bets not placed or accepted due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or device problems on the player's side.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any nature arising from use of, or inability to use, the BingoJILI platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law. BingoJILI's total aggregate liability to any player shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BingoJILI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• A player's voluntary request to close or self-exclude their account.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, BingoJILI may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting BingoJILI's support team. We will process the closure and any applicable final withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures.

BingoJILI is committed to responsible gaming and takes player wellbeing seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you've been playing for a set period.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your own access to the platform for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BingoJILI if you believe gambling is causing harm. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the stated period.

These Terms and your use of BingoJILI are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction under which BingoJILI holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be directed to BingoJILI's customer support team for resolution.

BingoJILI will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body as specified in our gaming licence conditions.
